Book Review: The War That Saved My Life By:Kimberly Brubaker Bradley

Summary: The War that Saved My Life is about a young girl named Ada with a lame foot. Her mother is cruel and doesn't let her go outside or spend her money to fix Ada's club foot. She lives in London and rumors are going around that the Germans are coming to bomb England.  This story brings tears to your eyes for it tells of a little girls courage and faith. It also tells the story of a relationship that can never be broken.

Review: This story is a heart warming and full of adventure and it always makes you want to read just one more page. It is also interesting to learn about the war and what was going on during that time period and a friendship that lasts forever. I would highly recommend this book for both kids and adults.
